We’re very proud of our Florida Team’s participation in last week’s Relationship Science event at Just Video Walls’ showroom in Ft. Lauderdale. They unplugged, collaborated, and were truly GREEN-brained throughout the day. The group of nearly 50 participants represented a broad range of departments, including Design, Production, Service, Security, Accounting, IT, and HR. A special thanks to Keith Esterly of HTSA for leading the event, Dani Crook and Emily Murdzia of Paragon for coordinating, and Ryan Lampel and the Just Video Walls Team for hosting.
The following day featured FURLS Management Training, focused on transforming managers into leaders through improved communication skills, discussion, and role-playing effective coaching conversations. Like Day One, we’re proud of the Day Two participants, who were fully engaged and willing to step outside their comfort zones.
We’re looking forward to doing it again next week in Colorado with our Colorado and Hawaii Teams.
