Our Colorado and Hawaii Teams crushed it during their recent Relationship Science event in beautiful Basalt, Colorado. Despite their busy delivery schedule and summer service demands, they were all fully engaged and participating at the highest level. This veteran group of 40 included many of our most tenured staff members. It also represented a unique blend of staff from our oldest (CO) and newest markets (HI). Another special thanks to Keith Esterly of HTSA for leading the session and to Paragon’s Dani Crook and Emily Murdzia for planning and coordinating the event.
The next day was followed by the FURLS Management Training which focused on transforming Managers into Leaders by improving communication skills through discussion and role playing of specific and effective coaching conversations. Due to the size of the market and tenure of the staff, Day Two had 25 participants with a great cross-section of people including company Founder David Raife, Directors, Managers, Project Managers, Lead Technicians and Coordinators.
As we enter our 30th year, we’re so proud and appreciative for everyone who participated in these great training sessions.
